Only an item purchased from our online shop can be returned or exchanged. If an item was purchased at any other retail store/ online shop, the customer must contact the original shop of purchase regarding item return or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original condition including their tags and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.

Within the period of 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, contact us by email, providing information of returning or exchanging the item.

Then, the item has to be packed and sent back to our address: UAB LERILA, Juodelių str. 11-2, 14193 Vilnius, Lithuania. The item must be returned with the original labels and all other packaging elements in which the item was received. The customer also covers the repeated shipment expenses of the new item.
